DELIVERY
Garden Lane products are shipped via Fed Ex if the gift is being sent to one of the 48 contiguous states. Orders, once taken off our website are usually shipped within 3 business days. If an order is held up longer than our 3 day turn around time, it would be due to questions pertaining to personalization. Any Garden Lane order being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or an international destination is shipped via the U.S. Postal System.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Our entire selection of baby blankets, towel sets, bibs and burpcloths come with our 30 day money-back guarantee. The merchandise is expected to be received back in the same condition as it was shipped out. If personalization is involved and a spelling mistake occurs - if it is Garden Lane's fault, we will correct it at no additional cost - if the error was made by the customer, we can usually correct it for $10.00 plus the cost of shipping.
